The event, organized by the Asian Peoples’ Movement on Debt and Development in coordination with the University of the Philippines and Quezon City Government and other civil society organizations on May 19, highlighted the demand for 100% Renewable Energy, which is urgently required to keep the planet’s average temperature below 1.5 degrees centigrade.
